FAQ
  1. Why this system is still in Beta version?

The NIFS Research Information Repository is designed to store, maintain and generate timely, accurate reports to NIFS. Therefore, the requirements are changing time to time. After the requirements are finalized and correctly addressed by this system, the final stable version will be released.

  2. The system seems complex when adding data. Is it possible to simplify the data entering part?

At the moment, No. The reason behind this is, this system intend to fullfill all the requirments which deals with NIFS research information. The system needs to generate multiple, entirely different report formats when it is needed. As an example, for the NIFS website, Ministry, Annual review books, Auditor reports etc. In the future, the system will be integrated with Google Scholar and other research databases. Thats why the system ask you to follow the guidelines when adding data to the system.
